We are looking for a dynamic and driven Communications Executive to strengthen our external communications, enhance our brand presence, and engage with our growing community. Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communications :
Manage and oversee all communication touchpoints, including social media platforms, newsletters, collaterals, and the website.
Develop and maintain the yearly social media calendar, ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience engagement.
Craft and maintain consistent messaging across all external communications for clients and partners.
Content & Community Management:
Plan and execute content for APSY and AKIDS’ social media platforms, working closely with interns to meet deadlines.
Engage with the social media community, responding to queries and fostering meaningful connections.
Analyse social media metrics to assess performance and optimise strategies.
Project Oversight:
Lead major communication projects, including:
Newsletters.
Collaterals (e.g., flyers, brochures).
Website updates.
Community engagement campaigns.
Collaborative Leadership:
Guide and mentor interns, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards for content creation.
Who We’re Looking For
Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Experience: 2–3 years in communications, social media creation, or a similar role.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and project management capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to adapt to dynamic projects and manage multiple priorities.
A proactive self-starter who thrives on ownership and accountability.
A responsible individual who takes pride in delivering timely quality work.
Hard Skills:
Proficiency in design and editing tools, such as Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, Capcut.
Strong understanding of branding, project management, and communication strategies.
