Responsibilities Coordinate with all tool-install contractors to execute equipment hookup for new, converted, unhooked and relocated tools, to meet high quality standards, dynamic schedule and forecasted budget. Coordinate with Fab equipment owner to facilitate utilities release as per planned schedule, and update tool release status timely. Follow all safety and environmental procedures to ensure compliance with Global/F10 EHS requirements, as well as local regulations, risk assessment, safe work procedures and permit to work system. Play an active role in safety, as a Tool Install Safety Ambassador to coach contractors, and actively participate in Tool Install Safety Committee and related trainings and practices. Establish regular area walks to identify opportunities for improved safety, cleanliness, housekeeping and efficiency. Maintain regular, working interaction with peers and vendors involved in tool installation, communicating clearly and respectfully all relevant information. Keep Supervisor informed regarding progress of assigned work as well as any abnormalities observed in your area. Demonstrate ability to understand Vendor Model Process (VMP) and Location Specific Package (LSP) drawings and highlight discrepancies. Follow area-specific procedures and documentation such as VMP, LSP and Test Pack sign-off by key stakeholders. Prioritize work tasks to meet schedule and expectations with minimal guidance from Supervisor. Perform tool-related utilities and cleanroom systems troubleshooting, and collaborate with multiple FAC disciplines such as Mechanical team for Cleanroom HVAC issues. Turn on utilities after installation completion. Perform test and balancing of exhaust for manufacturing tools when necessary. Measure utilities for tool consumption. Use methods to organize, calculate, and display data accurately for utilities tracking and flowrate measurement. Perform site activities in accordance with Facilities 12 Disciplines, Cleanroom Protocols and TI General requirements. Complete learning items within the stipulated time frame. For business process and/or QMS components: ensure processes are effective, deliver intended outputs, report on performance and opportunities for improvement, promote customer focus, and maintain integrity of the QMS when changes are planned and implemented. Qualifications Minimum Diploma or higher education in Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in facilities engineering or a related field. Proven experience working in a front-end semiconductor wafer fab environment. Strong project management skills with the ability to determine priorities and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proactive and ambitious approach to problem-solving. Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to delivering flawless results. Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Advantage if proficient in automation and programming skills. About Micron Technology, Inc.
