Must be registered with the Ministry of Education Key Roles The ICT Trainer shall work closely with the Head of Department (HOD) for ICT to design and implement an ICT training programme for Primary 1 to Primary 6 pupils, aligned with MOE Digital Literacy skills. Interested vendors shall submit a sample ICT plan and/or lesson plan from previous school engagements as part of their proposal. Experience with the Student Learning Space (SLS) will be considered an advantage. The ICT Trainer shall collaborate with HODs from various departments and subject-level representatives to manage the ICT Training Programme and coordinate training schedules. The ICT Trainer shall assist in other ICT-related tasks, including facilitating and preparing students for ICT competitions during non-coaching hours. The ICT Trainer shall develop teaching content and resources during non-coaching hours to enhance the learning experience. The ICT Trainer shall assist in refreshing and updating the school's website content. Basic to intermediate HTML knowledge will be considered an added advantage. The ICT Trainer shall plan and conduct simple coding lessons for Primary 3 to Primary 6 students in the ICT Club, incorporating Social Emotional Learning (SEL) skills. The final projects will be featured on the school website and integrated into school activities. The ICT Trainer shall assist the school in designing and creating digital media, such as graphic posters and videos, for school events during non-coaching hours. The candidate shall submit samples of their digital art portfolio as part of their proposal. The ICT Trainer shall manage photography and videography for school events and classroom observations. Proficiency in photo/video editing software and experience in handling photography equipment are required.
