Project Coordination Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Description:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of project management, including liaising with contractors, consultants, and owners to ensure project requirements are met.

In addition, the Project Coordinator will oversee material submission, design review, and progress claims, as well as plan site work installation, worker deployment, and material requisition.

Other key responsibilities include monitoring cost estimating, developing budgets, and resource planning, as well as overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for working with vendors to control costs and quality of products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • ITE or Diploma qualification
  • Experience in project management would be an added advantage
