Join a dynamic team of childcare professionals as a dedicated Caregiver Educator . As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational and social development of young minds.

We are seeking an experienced Childcare Teacher to lead a class of children in accordance with our centre's policies and guidelines. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of your students.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field, excellent communication skills, and a passion for working with children. You must also be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Job Description:

  • To maintain a safe and secure environment that fosters a sense of comfort and belonging among children.
  • To lead classes in accordance with our centre's policies and guidelines, using various teaching and caring methods to ensure high-quality learning and care.
  • To plan and implement engaging lessons and activities that promote children's holistic development.
  • To maintain accurate records of children's progress and achievements.
  • To establish positive relationships with parents and colleagues, maintaining open and respectful communication channels.
  • To follow all centre policies and procedures, upholding confidentiality and integrity at all times.
  • To contribute to the maintenance of a clean, organized, and well-resourced classroom environment.
  • To work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve centre goals and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Possess a genuine passion for working with children.
