Project Scheduler Opportunity

Job Description:

The organization seeks a seasoned Project Scheduler to oversee scheduling efforts for large complex projects. As the lead scheduler, you will be responsible for developing project schedules, managing internal and external activities, and ensuring timely and accurate forecasting.

Essential Responsibilities:

Develop Master Time Schedules as integrated EPC project schedules for turn-key self-implemented and turn-key with partner projects, based on contract scope requirements, in cooperation with all involved scope owner parties, to establish optimal work sequences. Develop Project Scheduling KPIs (on-time delivery, key milestones, key commodity physical progress etc). Integrate product lines and partners' sub-schedules into overall EPC schedules, define schedule interface points, templates & process for effective schedule integration/update. Update MTS and prepare all project scheduling reporting monthly, highlighting critical areas to the project director and project team, and prepares project & schedule reviews to senior management. Proactively manage internal and external project activities by closely monitoring critical paths and project float. Ensure timely and accurate schedule forecasting and identify schedule risk and opportunities, advise the project team and work closely with them to develop corrective action plans.
