Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer

This role is responsible for delivering quality assurance objectives by conducting regular call reviews and highlighting any potential risks to management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular call reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards, spotting areas for improvement .
  • Review closed sales calls to identify areas that require a higher level of focus and report to management, ensuring quality remains high.
  • Promptly report any calls detected with potential quality issues to Management, maintaining open communication channels.
  • Compile and send reports related to QA performance to UOB leadership and team members, providing transparency into performance metrics.
  • Prepare Annual Fee cards for processing, while tracking their status from start to completion and informing management about the process.
  • Track QA cases from beginning to end and provide regular updates to management, ensuring complete visibility into case resolution.

Requirements:

  • A minimum qualification of N-Level is necessary to excel in this position.
  • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience working in banking or finance, bringing valuable industry insights to the table.
