We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Retail Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day retail operations, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting sales growth. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth store operations and creating a positive experience for our agents. Key Responsibilities Assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Drive sales through product knowledge, upselling, and cross-selling Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, receiving, and display arrangements Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times Handle transactions accurately and responsibly Support promotional campaigns and in-store events Requirements GCE 'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification Prior retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset Positive attitude, proactive, and a good team player What We Offer Competitive salary and incentives Fixed working hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm)Supportive team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
