Job Title: Radiographer - Ultrasound & General Xray

We are seeking a skilled and experienced radiographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general x-ray and ultrasound/mammography, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Total management of x-ray and ultrasound/mammography equipment, material, and patient records.
  • Performing maintenance duties including regular cleaning and upkeep of x-ray and ultrasound/mammography equipment, liaising with designated contractors for period servicing.
  • Assisting other healthcare professionals in clinical matters, procedures, investigations, health screenings, and examinations.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • AHPC full registration.
  • At least one year of prior experience in general x-ray and mammography/ultrasound.
  • Training will be provided by a radio lead for ultrasound/mammo for general x-ray trained candidates with no prior experience in this modality.
