Direct message the job poster from GECO Asia Pte Ltd We’re looking for an experienced SAP Basis Administrator with strong hands‑on expertise in SAP HANA upgrades and migrations. This role involves managing complex SAP landscapes, ensuring performance, stability, and seamless upgrade execution across enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities Perform SAP HANA upgrades, migrations, patching, and system refresh activities. Manage end‑to‑end SAP Basis administration—installation, configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning. Ensure system availability, backup/restore, and DR/HA readiness. Collaborate with functional, infrastructure, and project teams during upgrade and cutover phases. Troubleshoot and resolve Basis, HANA DB, and performance issues. Maintain system security, user management, and transport landscapes. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing. Job Requirements 8+ years of SAP Basis experience, including 2+ full HANA upgrade/migration projects. Strong knowledge of SAP HANA 2.0, S/4HANA, and SAP NetWeaver. Skilled in OS (Linux/Unix/Windows) and DB administration (HANA, Oracle, MSSQL, DB2). Experience with SAP Solution Manager for monitoring and maintenance. Strong problem‑solving and communication skills with global team collaboration experience. Nice to Have SAP HANA or SAP Basis certifications. Cloud migration experience (AWS, Azure, GCP). Background in large‑scale enterprise environments.
