Job Title: Road Transportation Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Road Transportation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection and delivery of goods/cargo on a timely manner, ensuring all delivery notes are completed accurately and in compliance with company standards.
- Collect and deliver goods/cargo on a timely basis, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely scanning of goods/cargo for export shipments, submitting relevant documentation to customs as required.
- Retrieve cargo/shipments from clearance agents at airports, conduct customer clearance of shipments, scan and send shipments back to service station, and unload shipments with care from vehicle.
- Load cargo/shipments onto vehicle, scan and send shipments to airport, monitor shipments to airlines if required.
- Perform daily vehicle pre-checks before first job, inspecting, packing, sorting, processing, weighing, scanning, bagging, and/or loading/unloading vehicles.
- Adhere to company's driving policies during operations, maintaining company vehicles on a weekly basis to ensure they are washed and clean.

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, often under tight deadlines. They will also be required to travel frequently and work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
