Business Audit Specialist

As a Senior Audit Associate, you will be responsible for planning and executing statutory and special audits, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls in our audit clients. Your task is to identify key issues and make practical recommendations on internal controls and business processes.

Your responsibilities include handling the full completion of each individual company's audit or group of companies' audits. You will also guide and supervise junior staff, ensuring timely completion of audits, submission of reports, and meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • A relevant professional qualification such as Diploma / Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, etc.
  • At least 2-3 years of audit working experience in Singapore with good knowledge of audit procedures, including planning, techniques, testing, and sampling methods involved in conducting individual company audits as well as Group audits.
  • Experience in handling Group audits.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Ability to work and lead with a positive attitude.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of audit and analytics software is an added advantage.
  • Ability to speak and write in other languages other than English is an advantage for carrying out assignments and liaising with clients outside Singapore.
