Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head/Director of Sales & Marketing (Healtcare Insurance) to lead the segment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to spearhead a new team and define the growth strategy for the healthcare insurance market. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to grow the healthcare insurance segment, with a strong focus on B2 C sales and partnerships with major insurance providers. Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within the healthcare insurance market to drive revenue growth. Team Management: Build and manage a high-performing sales team of 3-4 members, providing leadership, mentorship, and ensuring achievement of targets. Client Relations: Represent the organization professionally to build trust and credibility with clients and partners. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes, enhance partnerships, and improve customer experience. Results-Oriented Culture: Establish and maintain a results-driven culture, achieving both team and individual sales goals. Requirements Experience: Proven track record in healthcare insurance sales with deep knowledge of major insurance providers and industry processes. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with a "hunter" mindset for identifying and capturing business growth opportunities.
