At Singtel, we\'re looking for a talented middle-weight Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll collaborate with fellow designers and researchers to audit, reimagine, and design high-quality experiences that drive impactful changes for our customers. Note: We require all prospective employees to be fully vaccinated. Responsibilities Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to design experiences that bring positive impact to sales and customer journeys. Conduct user acceptance testing by experimenting with A/B or multi-variant testing to improve customer journeys. Analyse data to inform decisions. Create discussion guides and collaborate with the research team for user studies. Understand design systems and effectively produce intuitive and engaging user interfaces. Ensure quality of design from concept to finish in UAT, BRT and Production environments.
