Job Description SATS is present in the Asia-Pacific, the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Africa, powering an interconnected world of trade, travel and taste. Following the acquisition of Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) in 2023, the combined SATS and WFS network operates over 225 stations in 27 countries. Key Responsibilities Main point of contact for clients assigned Responsible to act on behalf of the client to ensure smooth delivery of services, via audits, random sampling exercises etc. Ensure that the operational departments carry out all new requirements or changes as and when required by the airlines Monitor airline inventory to ensure availability as well as to manage cabin crew voyage reports Coordinate airline scheduled and non-scheduled meal presentations Provide additional checks and balances on behalf of the airline for all products and services provided for the airline out of Singapore Relationship building with airline clients and enhance customer relations both at the local level in Singapore and at the HQ level Anticipate key
