Brand Manager – HashWhale Brand building and communication: Formulate and implement brand strategies, shape and maintain brand images, explore and disseminate brand stories, and enhance the brand's popularity, reputation and influence in overseas fields. Key Responsibilities Social media operation: Proficient in the operation of mainstream social media platforms both at home and abroad, formulate and implement strategies, create and publish high-quality content, monitor and analyze data, and increase the number and activity of fans. Event planning and execution: Based on business and market demands, plan and organize online and offline events, be responsible for the full‐process management of the events, and integrate resources to ensure the success of the events. Copywriting creation: Based on different channel audiences, create high‐quality copywriting to accurately convey business information and brand value, and regularly optimize and update the copywriting content. Requirements Language proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of proficiently handling business communication, copywriting, event hosting and other tasks. Experience: At least 3 years of independent leading experience in brand management, operation (covering social media and online and offline activities), copywriting, etc. Activity ability: Deeply familiar with the entire event process, with successful cases of planning and executing large‐scale events, capable of independently undertaking the overall planning and organizational coordination of events. Comprehensive ability: Acute market insight, active innovative thinking, capable of quickly grasping industry trends and user demands, and proposing targeted strategic plans. Strong teamwork and communication skills, capable of efficiently collaborating with multiple departments. Learning ability: Strong learning and self‐motivation, capable of quickly mastering new knowledge and skills in the industry and adapting to rapid market changes.
