Video Editing Specialist

As a skilled video editing specialist, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality visual content that captivates audiences and drives engagement. Your expertise will shine through in every aspect of the production process, from conceptualization to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative campaign ideas that resonate with our target audience.
  • Brainstorm and create captivating multimedia content that blends brand aesthetics with viral trends and conversion strategies.
  • Edit raw footage into compelling videos that add subtitles, ensuring cultural relevance and regional appeal.
  • Prioritize quality assurance to deliver polished, on-brand content that wows viewers.
  • Share fresh ideas and contribute to shaping our video strategy to elevate content excellence.
  • Manage video assets efficiently and maintain a smooth post-production workflow.
  • Analyze performance data and fine-tune your content strategy to optimize engagement levels.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of video editing experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, or e-commerce short videos, with a portfolio required.
  • Strong knowledge of camera operations, equipment, and lighting setups, with the ability to support content and live streaming teams when needed.
  • Expertise in video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, with motion graphics/animation skills a plus.
  • Familiarity with TikTok, IG Reels, Shopee trends, and what drives conversions.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English to create localized content.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines to deliver high-quality, engaging videos.
  • Experience with live-stream editing or UGC-style content is an advantage.
  • Open to interns and fresh graduates; immediate starters preferred.
