At our company, we're building a search platform that helps users find what they need quickly and efficiently. As a key member of our team, you'll be working on developing AI-powered search algorithms that can handle complex queries and provide accurate results.

Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI search agents with planning, memory, and tool-use capabilities. Your work will involve applying reinforcement learning, knowledge representation, and automated decision-making to solve complex problems end-to-end.

You'll also be enhancing LLM-based query understanding by processing multi-turn conversations, conducting semantic analysis on queries and documents, and ensuring accurate, objective search results via LLM reasoning. Additionally, you'll optimize RAG and LLM pipelines by improving retrieval and ranking algorithms, training and optimizing LLMs for answer generation, and enhancing the relevance and structured presentation of search results.

Your research will be translated into production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product upgrades.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5 years of experience in Machine Learning, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficient in C++/Python; strong command of algorithms and data structures (e.g., retrieval, graph algorithms).

Preferred Qualifications

If you have:

  • Hands-on experience with LLM/Agent technologies: RAG optimization, RLHF/SFT for LLMs, or Agent framework development (e.g., planning/memory modules).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of exploring new technologies and driving technical advancements with teams.
