Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and tooling to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities including process planning, fixture design, and production readiness Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturability (DFM)Evaluate and improve manufacturing methods using Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement techniques Monitor production performance and initiate corrective actions to address bottlenecks or quality concerns Prepare and maintain manufacturing documentation such as work instructions, process flow diagrams, and SOPs Support equipment selection, installation, maintenance, and calibration activities Analyze downtime and production data to identify areas for automation and efficiency gains Lead or support cross-functional projects focused on cost reduction, yield improvement, and cycle time reduction Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related discipline 3–6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or precision engineering environment Strong knowledge of machining processes (e.g., CNC), assembly operations, and production planning Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and familiar with ERP/MRP systems Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Engineer position #J-18808-Ljbffr
