The Job Customer engagement to identify their preferences and requirements for commercial vehicle and passenger cars leasing Source for new corporate accounts, including SME, MNC, Independent Contractors, and Fleet Operators Facilitate test drive, vehicle introduction, and handover Provide comprehensive information about pricing, leasing, sales, or vehicle information to customers/corporates Provide customer service, service recovery, and follow-ups on assigned corporate accounts Assist with documentation submission for sales and leasing requirements Develop professional knowledge in automotive (commercial) leasing/sales regulations and safety and vehicle knowledge Follow-up on prompt
