Responsibilities
As ABSG SAP SF Consultant, you will be working and liaising with our client with cross-functional teams, IT development team, and business users at a consulting level.
Involved in the full process of data gathering and analysis on user requirements, project design, strong project implementation, post-implementation support, and roll-out.
Identify, assess and solve complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Carry out SAP integration projects with HCM requirements and standard integration to the SAP SF system.
Work on implementations for Singapore clients for SAP SuccessFactors.
Demonstrate strong function and/or technical skills in all areas of the HCM/SF modules in a consulting environment across various industries.
Requirements
Must have at least 5 years in SAP SuccessFactors hands-on experience in a consulting environment.
Sound techno-functional experience liaising with the client HR team.
Must be certified in one of the listed modules.
Proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, and Technical Solution Design.
Presales experience is an added advantage.
Willingness to learn and deliver additional modules.
Able to work full time onsite in Singapore.
Must be fully vaccinated.
Work Visa will be provided.
Flexible/willing to work across Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
Expertise in a specific technology environment with responsibility for software-specific design, testing, deployment, and release management; including testing and training capabilities.
Salary determined based on related experience and skill.
