They are seeking a Civil & Structural Draftsman to create, update, and manage architectural, civil, and structural drawings using CAD and Revit, including 3D BIM models. The role involves ensuring design compliance with planning and construction standards, If you are seeking to further your career in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to applyThe Job Prepare, develop, and manage civil, structural, and architectural drawings based on design drafts. Produce high-quality 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and BIM Revit for civil and structural works. Update and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for submission and coordination purposes. Prepare detailed drawings to the appropriate scale for planning, submission, and construction use. Collaborate with the project team on tender and construction documentation to ensure technical accuracy and alignment. Assist in coordinating project deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met with precision and quality. The Talent Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in design drafting and coordination, preferably in the construction or engineering industry. Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD software , with strong technical drawing and modeling capabilities. Excellent planning, multitasking, and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
