We are recruiting on behalf of My Queen. This role focuses on infant care and mummy care within a maternal wellness setting.
About My Queen
At My Queen, we believe that every woman deserves the royal treatment after childbirth. Our team provides support, care, and guidance in prenatal and postpartum care with a focus on maternal wellness.
What To Expect
Baby Care Duties Include:
Cleaning, bathing and changing of diapers
Feeding/Assist in feeding of babies
Taking note of babies' temperature, feeding pattern, mental/physical behaviour, and other necessary information
Monitoring of babies' growing progress
Guide parents in infection control and baby safety measurements
Ensure Baby Safety
Umbilical Care
Oral and Eye Care
Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager
Mummy Care Duties Include
Monitoring of Mummies\' recovery progress
Guiding mummies in breastfeeding
Guiding mummies in baby care techniques
Assist mothers in understanding and coping with postnatal conditions
Assist in any other duties as required by the supervisor or manager

Work Schedule & Location
Must be able to work on rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
Work location: Sentosa
Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (includes night shift incentives)
Each shift includes a 1.5-hour break
Qualifications
Possess certification in nursing care, infant care or other relevant courses would be advantageous

Able to work independently and demonstrate resourcefulness in problem-solving
Eager to learn and committed to continuous self-improvement
Calm, patient, and composed under pressure
Physically fit and capable of handling tasks such as carrying infants and standing for extended periods
