Senior Executive, Loyalty Marketing Operations We are seeking a Senior Executive, Loyalty Marketing Operations to join our team. As part of the XploreRWS Loyalty team, you will play a key role in building awareness, excitement, and engagement for Resorts World Sentosa's new loyalty programme. This role focuses on programme-level branding and marketing needs, and content creation—crafting the stories and visuals that bring the XploreRWS brand to life across digital and on‐ground touchpoints. You will work closely with internal creative, digital, and marketing teams to drive visibility and storytelling for the loyalty programme. Key Responsibilities Support the rollout of brand and marketing campaigns for the XploreRWS loyalty programme. Develop creative briefs, key visuals, and campaign messaging in collaboration with internal design teams and external agencies. Ensure brand consistency across all communications and touchpoints, including app, website, social, on‐site, and partner channels. Provide marketing and communications support for member activation events and on‐ground initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and member acquisition. Content Marketing & Storytelling Curate compelling stories around membership benefits, brand experiences, and member journeys to strengthen emotional connection with the programme. Research, write, and edit articles and editorial pieces that spotlight members' experiences, partner features, seasonal offers, and resort happenings to be featured on the XploreRWS app and other owned channels. Develop marketing content calendars, programme highlights, and editorial features in collaboration with the Resort's Marketing and PR teams. Coordinate photography, video, and creative asset production to support loyalty storytelling and campaign moments. Cross-Functional Coordination Partner with various Business Units (Attractions, Hotels, F&B, Retail) to co‐create promotional content and elevate programme visibility. Work with App Digital Experience to ensure brand alignment and engaging in‐app experiences. Liaise with Resort Marketing & Social teams to amplify programme campaigns and brand messages. Support the Loyalty Engagement & Ecosystem team by providing marketing assets and communication support for campaign launches and member activations, whenever necessary. Performance & Reporting Track programme campaign deliverables, visibility metrics, and media placements to assess effectiveness. Provide post‐campaign summaries, insights, and improvement recommendations. Required Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Min. 3 years of experience in marketing, branding, or campaign management—experience in lifestyle, hospitality, or retail sectors preferred. Required Skills Strong visual and copy sensibility with ability to craft clear and engaging messages. Experience in campaign execution, social content creation, and working with creative agencies. Highly organised, detail‐oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects with different stakeholders.
