Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for an MRO Planning and Control Manager to join our Aftermarket Operations team. With an expanding Overhaul Base Network and a growing fleet, we are growing our Planning & Control (P&C) team within Civil Aerospace. You will be responsible for providing planning and control rigor, clarity, and leadership across our Overhaul Network. You Will Deeply partner with the Overhaul bases in your region to ensure clarity of capacity and capability, performance vs plan, and that delivery performance meets customer requirements. Anticipate and resolve mid‐term delivery risks & issues through robust collaboration, ensuring hazards are understood and have mitigation plans. Optimise inventory and logistics costs. Develop and deploy planning & control capability across the team and into the relevant Overhaul Bases. Manage Planning & Control related change for your region. Who We Are Looking For Experience in a Planning & Control management role. A collaborative approach that can influence senior leaders internally and externally to Rolls‐Royce. An analytical approach that can quickly diagnose issues and propose appropriate recovery actions. Ability to work in an operational environment and deliver operational excellence. The ability to distil data to provide concise management information and reporting. Experience of delivering performance through influencing.
