Job Opportunity: Audit Senior Position

We are seeking a seasoned audit professional to lead and manage audit engagements from planning to finalization.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of audit standards and ethical principles, as well as prior experience in handling full audit cycles and supervising teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to finalization
  • Supervise and review work performed by junior staff members
  • Develop tailored audit strategies based on client business understanding and risk areas
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients
  • Provide technical guidance and contribute to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies and firm practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 1–2 years of audit experience for Senior Associate, and 4+ years for Assistant Manager level
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in supervising teams is preferred for senior roles

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • External audit experience
  • Audit committee experience
  • Knowledge of auditing standards and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • CPA or ACCA certification
  • Experience with financial statement analysis and audit planning
