We are seeking a Project Manager (ServiceNow) to join our creative and driven teamKey Responsibilities Project Management: Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery. Vendor Management: Manage outsource vendor, including contracts management, execution and delivery. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business teams, technical teams, and leadership to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business goals. Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance to vendors, ensuring best practices in ServiceNow architecture, coding, and integration. Customisation & Configuration: Oversee and validate ServiceNow customisations, workflows, validation rules, process automation, and security settings. Integration Management: Manage third-party integrations and API connections with ServiceNow. Agile & Scrum Practices: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure continuous delivery and improvement. Risk & Issue Resolution: Identify potential risks, dependencies, and roadblocks in projects, and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Documentation & Training: Maintain clear documentation, including business processes, system architecture, and user guides. Train end-users on ServiceNow functionalities. Compliance & Security: Ensure all ServiceNow implementations comply with security best practices, governance policies, and industry regulations. Qualifications and Requirements Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines Experience: 3-5 years of experience in ServiceNow project management and implementation. In-depth understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules (i.e. HRSD, CSM, ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.)Experience with ServiceNow implementation methodologies and best practices Certifications (Preferred): ServiceNow Certified Administrator ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ServiceNow Certified App Developer PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Certifications Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence. A driven and motivated personality with an inquisitive mind.
