Business Manager (ICT Channel Partner/ IT Distributor)Act as the primary liaison between the distribution firm and the vendor (OEM). Manage vendor relationships, product lifecycle, pricing, promotions, and rebate programs. Ensure timely onboarding of new products and SKUs. Drive business development and channel sales across multiple geographies. Identify and recruit new partners/resellers; enable and train them. Work with internal sales teams to push product sales and achieve revenue targets. Strategic Planning Create and execute product marketing and business plans aligned with vendor goals. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and channel dynamics. Recommend go-to-market strategies including bundling, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Operational Coordination Coordinate with logistics, finance, and inside sales to ensure smooth operations. Ensure inventory levels are aligned with demand forecasts and sales plans.
