Teachers – Entry into SPED Field (Autism Support)| NORTH-EAST and EAST Plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons based on IEP/ITP goals Track and report on student progress and developmental milestones Lead daily classroom routines, ADL/life skills training, and co‐curricular activities (CCA)Apply positive behavioural strategies to support students' emotional and social growth Guide and support Teacher Assistants, Class Wardens, and new teachers Work closely with parents/caregivers, therapists, and school teams Help plan and run school‐wide events and class‐based activities Beyond the Classroom Attend training and workshops to grow professionally Contribute innovative ideas and best practices with your team Maintain classroom materials and ensure a safe, clean learning space Your Responsibilities Teaching & Learning Plan and deliver engaging, individualised lessons based on IEP/ITP goals Track and report on student progress and developmental milestones Lead daily classroom routines, ADL/life skills training, and co‐curricular activities (CCA)Apply positive behavioural strategies to support students' emotional and social growth Team Collaboration Guide and support Teacher Assistants, Class Wardens, and new teachers Work closely with parents/caregivers, therapists, and school teams Help plan and run school‐wide events and class‐based activities Beyond the Classroom Attend training and workshops to grow professionally Contribute innovative ideas and best practices with your team Maintain classroom materials and ensure a safe, clean learning space What You Bring Min. GCE 'A' Levels or Polytechnic Diploma (credit in English at O‐Level required)Experience in interacting with and/or working with individuals with moderate to severe autism in SPED school classroom settings At least 2 years of experience in education or working with persons with disabilities Strong communication and classroom management skills A heart for service and a drive to go the extra mile Working hours: Monday - Friday (between 8am - 6pm), MOE Curriculum PASSION?*Send your resume in PDF/MS Word format to + 4*** .
