Job Opportunity: Engineer for Innovative Device Development

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to drive the research and development of novel devices, leveraging cutting-edge technology and simulation techniques.

This role involves:

  • Designing and developing innovative device concepts through in-depth TCAD process and device simulations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and document TCAD simulation decks for various technologies
  • Conducting experiments to optimize device performance and ensure reliability, while providing tuning decks for device optimization

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a relevant field
  • Hands-on experience in TCAD simulation and its calibration methodology
  • Strong knowledge base in device physics and solid analysis skills
  • Experience in layout work is advantageous, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills
