Key Responsibilities Provide maintenance and engineering support for building To carry out scheduled building routine inspection on electrical, air-conditioning systems, HVAC, plumbing and landscaping. Perform a variety of general building repairs, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and painting to restore the functionality of the property. Read and interpret technical diagrams, including electrical and plumbing drawings and site plans. Reports and attend to building defects, equipment damage, system breakdown, security and safety issues. Maintain accurate records of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) readings and monitor the performance of systems and equipment. Documents facilities maintenance requirements: maintains appropriate records of work performed. Managing service logs, inspection reports, and inventory records. Keeping track of tools, spare parts, and equipment. Coordinating with contractors for major repairs if needed. Assist in overseeing maintenance and servicing work conducted by external contractors, reporting any irregularities or concerns to the Property Manager. Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor and management. Requirements At least 2 years relevant working experience in building maintenance. Minimum NITEC in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Good knowledge of building, mechanical & electrical systems. A valid Scissor Lift Operator License (highly preferred). Basic computer skills for record‐keeping and reporting. Able to communicate and interact with people and a good team player. #J-18808-Ljbffr
