Job Responsibilities:
Customer service management, including addressing customer queries within SLA, tracking and monitoring customer service performance levels.
Support rewards platform and programme management, including rewards catalogue and merchant or client management, customer servicing support and other operations.
Support and manage marketing campaigns and contents, including developing agency briefs and ensuring proper and timely follow-up on deliverables from conception to execution.
Manage the operational set-up, monitoring, and maintenance of campaigns and contents on the related platforms and channels; and day-to-day platform/marketing/customer servicing support & operations.
Prepare and perform regular reconciliation of financial reports and statements.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Handle administrative duties and ad-hoc projects as tasked.
Salary:
Up to $3,300
Period:
1 Year Contract
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Requirements:
Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Preferably 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience
Take initiative in learning and demonstrate a positive attitude
Ability to work well autonomously with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational, time, and project management skills
Good command of language (oral and written)
Meticulous, ability to multi-task, and self-motivated
Attention to details and resourceful
Proficient in MS Office applications
Experience in customer servicing, marketing, or basic accounting skills preferred
