Job Title: Registered Nurse
As a Registered Nurse , you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- Administer medications and perform wound care according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Maintain accurate clinical records, inventory, and cold-chain items.
- Uphold infection prevention, medication safety, and emergency readiness standards.
- Coordinate appointments, patient inquiries, and workflow with the care team.
- Participate in professional development and continuing education to stay updated on best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience.
- Prior working experience with surgeries is an added advantage.
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
