Job Description:

">
  • Conduct daily product presence checks at assigned retail outlets and other relevant locations to ensure visibility and display standards. ">
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with store management and staff to facilitate smooth operations. ">
  • Ensure products are properly displayed, stocked, and rotated according to FIFO principles. ">
  • Collaborate with store personnel to replenish on-shelf stock and manage inventory levels efficiently. ">
  • Support promotional displays and in-store activations to enhance customer engagement. ">
  • Support product sampling initiatives and live demonstrations to engage customers and promote food-related items. ">
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering product inquiries, offering recommendations, and addressing issues promptly at store level. ">
  • Observe and report competitor activities, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts for strategic insights. ">
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to the management and product development teams. ">
  • Submit regular reports on sales performance, stock levels, display conditions, and any issues or opportunities identified. ">
  • Participate in stock management and ensure product displays are attractive, informative, and aligned with brand guidelines. ">

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product presentation for at least 3 years. ">
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate. ">
  • Up-to-date with the latest product presentation trends and best practices. ">
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. ">
  • Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills. ">
  • Preferred to have basic food hygiene certificate. ">
