Manufacturing Engineer

Job Overview The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for implementing and optimizing assembly processes for electronic components and systems. This role focuses on quality, efficiency, cost reduction, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards in assembled products. Key Responsibilities Manage incoming quality control, in-line quality inspection and outgoing quality assurance to ensure minimum downtime to production schedule. Monitor manufacturing processes to identify and resolve quality issues or defects. Conduct root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) activities for non-conformances. Support supplier quality management by assessing incoming materials and working with suppliers to resolve quality issues. Contribute in quality improvement, analyse QC workflow, and identify opportunities for increased productivity and reduced costs. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered during assembly and testing. Maintain immaculate documentation for production lot travellers, process data sheets, tests records, repair histories, and configuration changes.
