About the role We seek entrepreneurial AI Delivery Leads to drive AI consulting and solutions across APAC. This senior role will develop, deliver, and scale Tomoro's generative AI offerings to create transformative value for clients. You will build partnerships, expand regionally, and mentor a diverse AI team, fostering innovation and collaboration. They tackle complex design challenges, ensure seamless transitions to deployment, and bridge technical and non technical stakeholders. The role includes leading delivery, mentoring, and staying updated on AI advancements, ensuring our solutions are reliable, ethical, and rigorously tested. Responsibilities Business Application Design Co-creating cutting-edge applied AI business solutions with clients and colleagues that will realise meaningful value with a feasible route to reality. Solution Design Supporting and prototyping AI solutions and building engineering teams who can realise designs at scale – you know the best designs are working prototypes and want to use these as a basis for an engineering team. Delivery Problem-Solving Solving complex delivery problems that arise during the development and scaling of AI solutions. You'll help connect the dots to realise route to live for our clients and be the primary translator between engineers and non-technical stakeholders. Delivery Leadership Providing delivery guidance and leadership within the team, including mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to skill development. Continuous Learning and Adaptation Staying updated with the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and related technologies to continually enhance the quality of solutions offered. Senior Client Relationships Building robust, trusted relationships with senior business and technical clients. We aren't a company of body-shop engineers – we constructively challenge our clients to help them become AI leaders in their field. Ethical Consideration and Compliance Upholding and actively contributing to ethical standards in AI development, including considerations for data privacy, bias minimization, and regulatory compliance. Helping to expand our knowledge on this subject and driving ethical ways to implement AI. Delivery Stewardship across a Portfolio of Projects You may work across multiple accounts or projects simultaneously, amplifying your impact through effective team leadership. Your ability to juggle various responsibilities will be key to the success of our projects. We do not expect every successful candidate to have experience in all of these areas. Indicators you'll be a good fit Background in product and delivery management: You have 4+ years of experience in delivering software solutions for enterprise. Strategic thinker and team leader: You get as much joy from managing and leading teams as you do from developing solutions. You can demonstrate successful experience in both hands-on engineering and owning outcomes from inception to completion. Standard setter: You set high standards of technical excellence for yourself and your teams, providing guidance, identifying areas for improvement, and constantly striving towards better coding practices. AI translator: You are comfortable explaining concepts and approaches to senior business leaders and both technical and non-technical audiences. Coach, mentor and educator: You have a history of supporting the professional development of engineers, creating a supportive environment which encourages learning and growth. You are committed to sharing knowledge and driving collective improvement across Tomoro and our clients' organisations. Engineering-First mindset: You know nothing happens without engineers writing great code, and the role of a delivery lead is an enabler for our engineers to continue doing they do best. Innovator and thought leader: You proactively stay up to date with the latest developments in AI technology, connecting the dots and devising ways to apply new tools and techniques to real world problems faced by Tomoro and our clients. You contribute to the organisation's knowledge base and assets and are developing a reputation in the market for your insights and expertise.
