Job Title: ATM Testing Specialist

As an ATM Testing Specialist, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to analyze user requirements and enhancement requests for ATM-related applications and systems.

You will formulate UAT test scripts and test cases based on functional requirements and business processes. Additionally, you will take ownership of the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) lifecycle, including planning, designing, executing test cases, and managing timelines.

Your goal will be to ensure test coverage aligns with user expectations and regulatory standards, especially in the context of ATM systems and banking operations. You will identify, log, and manage defects in collaboration with development teams, ensuring timely resolution and closure.

Maintaining clear and thorough documentation of all test results, observations, and issues is also a key aspect of this role. You will provide daily status updates on UAT progress, highlighting risks or blockers if any. Furthermore, you will assist in post-implementation verification to ensure deployed solutions meet user expectations.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Hands-on experience in ATM testing hardware-software interaction, and system integration is also essential.

Familiarity with test case management tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM) is required. Strong understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies, along with excellent attention to detail, analytical, and documentation skills are necessary.

Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams are also required. The ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a dynamic project environment is crucial.

Business level mandarin is required as the candidate will be Testing Chinese language applications and communicating with counterparts & stakeholders based in China, Hong Kong & Taiwan region, on daily basis in regards to primarily regarding project coordination, requirement clarification, issue resolution, and status reporting across testing, and deployment activities.
