To Qualify for this role You have at least 3 years proven agency recruitment experience in Singapore or within the Asean region , CEI qualified , well connected in the specialization space that you focus in and keen to further build on that. You will possess strong work ethics, with the ability to perform both in a team and individually, but most importantly embrace the process and have fun along the way. The successful incumbent will have a strong sense of initiative, will be excited to learn, share and collaborate with the regional team, customer-focused with the ability to provide critical thinking and problem solving.
