As a skilled Game Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing daily game operations, including event planning, launch execution, and user maintenance. You will work closely with product, technical, and customer support teams to enhance features and user experience.

Conduct market research, analyze game data, and identify improvement opportunities to support the growth of our gaming community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily game operations, including event planning, launch execution, and user maintenance;
  • Track and analyze game data to identify improvement opportunities;
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance features and user experience;
  • Monitor and respond to user feedback to maintain a positive player community;

Requirements

  • Prior experience in game operations, community management, or content planning is an asset;
  • Passion for the gaming industry, with knowledge of casual/social mobile game trends and player behavior;
  • Strong communication skills, data sensitivity, and execution ability;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; data analysis skills are an advantage;
  • Responsible, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure;
  • Experience in global mobile game markets is preferred;
  • Familiarity with social media content operations and user growth strategies is an asset.
