Senior Credit Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Credit Manager, responsible for overseeing second-line defense responsibilities related to Credit Risk.

This position involves challenging risk management actions from the first line, ensuring that business credit applications meet group standards, and approving breaches of portfolio standards as permitted by credit policy.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight and challenge of risk management actions from the first line.
  • Maintaining high-quality business credit applications in accordance with group standards.
  • Approving exceptions to portfolio standards within defined limits.
  • Developing and obtaining approval for portfolio standards aligned with business strategies.

Risk Management Framework:

The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring adherence to the Group's Risk Appetite Framework, Enterprise Risk Management Framework, and Operational Risk Framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • No less than 10 years of relevant corporate credit experience.
  • Strong risk management and control expertise.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and requirements.
