Be a Part of Something BIGWe’re looking for a passionate and driven Product Marketing Manager for Digital Content and Mobile VASes to lead the marketing strategy for Singtel’s CAST platform , the world’s first digital app marketplace to enjoy best discounts and manage all your digital apps. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and digital experience – perfect for someone who thrives on bringing innovative digital products to life and driving growth in a fast-paced environment. Make An Impact By Owning and executing go-to-market strategies for CAST products (e.g., Video, Mobile Security, Digital Content, 5G VAS), driving adoption across Singtel’s consumer channels. Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to customer segments. Plan and launch new CAST product packs in collaboration with Content Partnership and Product Development teams — including pricing, packaging, and channel enablement. Use customer insights and market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for growth. Drive usage and monetisation of CAST.sg by optimising the digital purchase journey, improving conversion rates, and enhancing user experience. Partner with Product, IT, and Customer Care teams to improve onboarding, provisioning, and service activation experiences. Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (e.g. gross adds, activation rates, digital conversions) to inform strategy and continuous improvement. Skills For Success Min Degree with 5 years of experience in marketing / business domain. Experienced in business case modelling. Experienced in working with multiple teams to deliver major projects or feature updates, especially with IT and Product Development teams. Proficiency in negotiating new business deals and managing different stakeholder interests (would be a plus). Experienced in running Go-to-market campaigns.
