Key Insights Analyst

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision making and strategy across the organization by leveraging their expertise in data analysis, automation, and visualization.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning, transforming, and analyzing large datasets using Python and Excel to inform business outcomes
  • Developing interactive dashboards in Tableau to present insights and monitor performance metrics
  • Designing and implementing automated reporting solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual labor
  • Monitoring and assessing usage trends of digital tools to identify areas for improvement
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders to drive process enhancements and optimize business results
  • Maintaining high standards for data integrity, quality, and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability

Essential skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Python, Excel, and Tableau with experience in data analysis and visualization
  • In-depth knowledge of data privacy and best practices in data quality management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences
