Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Business Workflow Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing digitisation, workflow, exchange, and AI projects from planning to execution.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, software development, and corporate client services. A degree in IT or Computer Studies is essential, with at least 5 years' experience in a BPO service environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage full project lifecycle from planning, execution, tracking, and monitoring of SLA, review, and reporting on project progress, project documentation, and project P&L.
  • Provide project consultation and designing best practices for business workflow digitalization and document & data digitization.
  • Act as the key liaison officer between clients and internal business units.
  • Scope of job includes consultation, negotiation, and management.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Required Experience:
  • Degree in IT/Computer Studies or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • At least 5 years' experience in Software Development project management/corporate client services in a BPO service environment.
  • Experience in AI/ML implementation will be a plus point.
  • Familiar with Business Process Outsourcing implementation.
