Position :Senior Service Engineer/Assistant Manager - MARINE/NAVIGATION/COMMUNICATION Location : Bulim Dr- Few bus stops from Boon Lay Interchange Working hours : 5 days/ (Monday- Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm) Salary(commensurate depending on experience) : Up to $8000 + AWS + Bonus + 14 days Annual Leave + Wellness benefit : Extra 2 days Annual Leave & $200 incentives if eligible. Duration : Permanent Industry : Marine Navigation system -MNC Main Responsibilities Provide remote and onsite technical support for marine navigation and communication systems. Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to product portfolio and 3 rd party OEM equipment Assist in installation, configuration, calibration, and software updates related to product portfolio and 3 rd party OEMs Communicate with factory system engineers and OEM partners to escape and resolve complex technical problems Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including service requests, fault reports, and repair logs. Ability to plan, draft and deliver operator and maintainer training curriculum based on partners’ and customers’ profile Knowledge in setting up and maintain readiness of training equipment and simulators to ensure training apparatus and subcomponents are duly updated and operational for delivery of training content Requirements Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marine Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field. More than 3 years of experience in technical support or field service roles within the maritime industry. Senior or Assistant Managerial roles can be considered with experience more than 10 years in technical support, training and team leadership. Proven experience working with marine navigation systems from major OEMs or service providers.
