What You’ll Do:
Responsible for the technical architecture and R&D team management of platform products and pre-purchase SaaS products, supporting the execution of the company's business targets.
Responsible for enhancing the service stability of the assigned business while continuously optimizing and reducing the operating costs of the service to boost the product's competitiveness.
Undertake the organization's talent strategy, enhance the management team structure, cultivate seasoned senior managers, and establish a sustainable talent structure to enhance team effectiveness.
Participate in the construction of the company's policies and processes, contribute to building the company culture, and establish an effective performance metrics management system for the organization.
Who We’re Looking For:
Over 10 years of backend development experience, and more than 3 years experience managing teams of over a hundred people.
Strong foundation in computer science and programming skills, with over 5 years of experience in Infrastructure system development.
Rich experience in designing and developing large and complex software systems, capable of abstract design for intricate systems, to meet the business requirements while ensuring system scalability and high availability.
Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with a business-oriented mindset. Specializes in the e-commerce industry with in-depth knowledge and abstraction capabilities, along with practical experience in related field design.
Mature organizational management skills, with systematic management thinking and practices, adept at cultivating senior managers.
Security Requirements
Employees shall consciously comply with the company's information security rules and regulations, consciously protect the company's internal information, and strictly prohibit the disclosure of any information about the company without permission.
Employees shall participate in various forms of information security awareness training organized by the company promptly as required to meet the information security capability requirements stipulated by the position.
Employees should take the initiative to report any suspected information security incidents. If employees violate the company's information security regulations, they will be held accountable or punished in accordance with the relevant internal formulation.
