Inspire. — Become a Social Media Content Intern for an Award-Winning Educator We’re looking for a creative, trend-savvy Content Creator / Social Media Intern to help grow the personal brand of Hong Mun Tong , Founder of The Math Classroom — a leading enrichment academy and award-winning educator featured on CNA, The Straits Times, and international conferences. If you love filming, editing, and creating content that goes viral on Instagram and TikTok , this role gives you the freedom to experiment, learn, and build an impressive portfolio. About the Role You’ll craft engaging video and photo content that shows both the human and professional sides of a modern education founder — producing short-form videos, behind-the-scenes moments, and inspiring storytelling that connects with a wide audience. Your work will be featured across platforms to grow a founder’s personal brand while helping audiences connect through authentic, purpose-driven storytelling. While your main focus will be building the founder’s personal brand, you may also assist with selected company content creation or video-editing projects for The Math Classroom (e.g., lesson highlights, student features, or campaign videos). These assignments offer valuable exposure to how a successful education brand operates. What You’ll Do Conceptualise, film, and edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) Capture and retouch photos for social media use Edit existing lesson or talk footage into short, engaging clips Research trending sounds, visual styles, and viral content formats Assist in post scheduling, captioning, and performance tracking Who You Are Student or young graduate in Media, Communications, Marketing, or Design Skilled in video + photo editing (CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, or Adobe Suite) Creative, curious, and detail-oriented Strong sense of visual aesthetics and social-media storytelling Bonus: Some experience with copywriting, Canva, or social-media analytics What You’ll Gain Real-world experience producing personal-brand content for a public educator Mentorship in content strategy and visual communication Flexible hybrid schedule (on-site + remote) Allowance: SGD $1,200–$1,500/month (commensurate with skill and commitment) Internship certificate and portfolio-worthy work featured publicly Location: Bukit Timah, Singapore (hybrid) Commitment: Part-time / Internship (flexible schedule) Work eligibility: Applicants must have legal permission to work or intern in Singapore. We welcome Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents, and applicants who already hold a valid work pass (or Work Holiday Pass).
