Overview Cybersecurity Manager – 1 Year Direct Contract at Randstad Singapore. This role leads the organisation's cybersecurity initiatives, including governance enhancements, management of security technologies, and support for compliance requirements. The position involves identifying risk exposure, managing security vendors, and implementing effective controls. The role combines leadership with hands-on execution, in a fast-paced, regulated environment, and is hybrid in nature. Responsibilities Lead cybersecurity governance, architecture, or infrastructure initiatives and oversee related programs. Manage enterprise-grade tools such as IAM, endpoint protection, SIEM, or threat detection systems. Interpret and apply audit and regulatory requirements in practical terms. Communicate effectively with external vendors and internal stakeholders; manage vendor relationships. Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution; occasionally provide hands-on support to meet project timelines or resourcing needs. Support the organisation in implementing governance processes and security controls. Qualifications Strong experience in cybersecurity governance, architecture, or infrastructure. Familiarity with IAM, endpoint protection, SIEM, or threat detection tools. Ability to translate audit and regulatory requirements into practical actions. Excellent communication skills; comfortable engaging with vendors and stakeholders. Experience with strategic planning and execution; industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM and knowledge of AWS or Azure are beneficial. Details Contract: Direct 1 year; completion bonus; potential extension depending on business needs. Location: Central Singapore, within walking distance of an MRT station.
