Roles & Responsibilities Sales & Investor Relations Manager (5+ Years Experience) Join a high-growth startup fund led by an experienced founder with a strong investment track record Overview: We are looking for our client a self-motivated, self-starter Sales & Investor Relations Manager with 5+ years of experience in sales, private banking, wealth advisory, or fundraising.This is a flexible, outcome-based role — ideal for someone who is confident in their ability to build relationships, drive conversations, and help raise capital independently . The role offers significant earning potential for candidates who meaningfully contribute to AUM growth, with performance-based incentives that scale with AUM raised. About the Fund We are an emerging, performance-driven, technology-focused public markets fund setup and operating in Singapore. The founder brings two decades of institutional investing experience, having managed large portfolios with a consistent track record of strong returns.The fund is live, growing steadily, and now expanding its investor outreach capabilities with a dedicated professional. Key Responsibilities · Lead targeted outreach to HNWIs, family offices, external asset managers, and institutional allocators · Build, qualify, and manage a disciplined pipeline using structured CRM workflows · Present the fund’s strategy, performance, and unique value proposition clearly and confidently · Drive end-to-end investor engagement, from initial conversations to onboarding and documentation · Prepare and refine pitch materials, updates, and engagement summaries · Work closely with the founder on outreach priorities, messaging, and capital-raising strategy · Operate independently with minimal supervision and strong ownership · Leverage existing contacts and networks to generate early leads and build momentum · Support KYC/AML coordination and manage investor communication workflows Objective KPIs Success will be evaluated through clear, measurable KPIs such as: · Number of qualified investor conversations initiated each month · Pipeline progression (initial interest → active engagement → due diligence) · Contribution to capital raised over agreed periods · Quality of investor communication and sentiment feedback KPIs will be jointly agreed upon.
