Center Manager/Assistant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Manager/Assistant Manager to oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring successful delivery of educational programs, managing staff, and maintaining a positive environment for both students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, develop operational policies, manage facilities, recruit new students, and manage class schedules.
  • Staff Leadership and Development: Hire, train, and manage staff, provide leadership and support, conduct performance evaluations, and offer professional development opportunities.
  • Marketing and Growth: Develop strategies to increase student enrollment, collaborate with marketing teams, and create promotional materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in technology, education, or management fields.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in an educational or enrichment setting.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, exceptional communication skills, and ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Passion for STEM education and working with children, ability to work flexible hours, and problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is essential.
