Logistics Support: Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules to ensure timely movement of materials and products. Monitor inventory levels and promptly alert the production coordinator of any shortages or delays. Support logistics planning to maintain smooth production and delivery operations. Work Order Management: Assist in distributing, tracking, and maintaining accurate documentation of all work orders. Update and verify the status of work orders to ensure accuracy and completeness. Liaise with the production department to confirm progress and completion of assigned work orders. Liaison with Subcontractors: Communicate effectively with subcontractors to coordinate project schedules and requirements. Ensure all subcontractors are informed of updates or changes to project plans. Address and resolve subcontractor concerns or issues in a timely manner. Production Department Coordination: Issue work orders to the production department and confirm acknowledgment of receipt. Monitor project progress and follow up with the production team to resolve delays or issues. Maintain consistent communication between production and other departments to support workflow efficiency. Administrative Support: Organize and maintain production-related files, records, and documentation. Assist in preparing operational reports, summaries, and presentations as required. Provide general administrative assistance to the production coordinator and related teams. Requirements GCE 'O' Level or equivalent educational qualification.
